It’s been an interesting week.  I had to take a “medical” break last week – so everyone reran the BEST OF 2013 show.  Thanks for that.  The next 12-16 weeks will be a high intensity period of required medical repairs and refurb.  I suspect you’ll get to hear the Best of 2013 at least one more time between now and the end of May.

I updated The Colorado Sound Live365 this week.  I try to update the general catalog of songs every quarter, with monthly updates to reflect the current Colorado TOP 40 (airs 3x a day) as well as significant new adds for the month.  If you have a suggestion for a cut, pls email me at thecoloradosound@gmail.com

VIDEO PICK OF THE WEEK

Aerosmith’s “Dream On” didn’t become a hit until 3 years after it’s initial release in 1973.  There have been countless other “hits” that came a year, two, or three after an album was released … so me adding a video and album from 2012 only means it escaped my attention until now – and now might be the best time yet to add this Arthur Lee Land cut to the list of this year’s best “hits.”  Looking forward to doing sound for this show at Oskar Blues Homemade Liquids and Solids (Longmont) this month.  Dude kills! 😉
