CP S20 EP20 + MONDAY MORNING MUSIC MEETING + THIS WEEK ON YOUTUBE + WEEKLY HOT SPINS REPORT

AIRDATES: MAY 30-JUNE 05 2026
You help determine what gets played on the show in the Monday Morning Music Meeting. And, every week I put up a YouTube set of videos pulled from the playlist, some of which are live recordings from shows to go with some studio level videos. I hope you enjoy.

Well, here we are – JUNE 01, 2026. Lots to do now for the next few months. Make sure to check out some of the concert series events and festivals around the state this month. My band, GOATZ!, and I will take part in the Bacon & Bourbon Festival in Keystone on June 27.

DON’T FORGET – You help determine what gets played on the show in the Monday Morning Music Meeting. And, every week I put up a YouTube set of videos pulled from the playlist, some of which are live recordings from shows to go with some studio level videos. I hope you enjoy.

In This Week On YouTube this week there’s a great live video from the Czars shot at a Fox Theater show in Boulder back in 2003, before John Grant moved to Iceland.

This show has been my passion for 20 years. Over the years it has been mostly self-funded, with some financial help from Starr’s Guitars and a few others here and there. It was enough to cover the cost of operations, but nothing more. Since retiring from full time work, the cost of the show has had a significant impact on my income.

The Colorado Playlist is the only program showcasing Colorado music statewide, broadcast by 12 stations covering 30 FM/LPFM frequencies. I make this show available at NO COST to community radio stations in our state. I’d like to keep it going for another couple of years.

Your support is sincerely appreciated.

Please make donations via Venmo at chrisk-2 (preferred) or use the form below (they take a cut). Thank you, sincerely – chrisk

The Monday Morning Music Meeting happens courtesy of Starr’s Guitars in Cedaredge, serving the western slope music community since 1998.

Every year I debut approximately two hundred new current-year releases. Every week I have to make decisions about what to keep to play again and what to archive. This is where you come in.

Results enter into determining which cuts stay in the library and which cuts might eventually make it to the annual Colorado Playlist Fan & Listener Poll and the “some of the best of the year” show.
