Monday April 20, 2020 – Happy 4-20, although I’m not really sure if that’s relevant any longer. It’s almost impossible to go on social media now and not see a live streaming event being put on by musicians throughout the state (and the world for that matter).
As I learned on Saturday, our fans are quite willing to show their love by dropping some coins (and dollars) in the virtual tip jars. To that end, I am grateful for the support of my friends that host the NoCO Live from Home Show, based out of Fort Collins. And I’m especially grateful to those who dropped some dollars into my Venmo and PayPal accounts during my performance.
Speaking of support. A huge thank you to the newest sponsor of the show. Denver DrumZ. Located on Colfax Ave, owner JB Running Bear Maroncelli is currently offering live streaming lessons for students of all ages and experience level.
The Colorado Playlist is fully dependent on financial support from its sponsors as well as donations from listeners. Thank you for your contribution.
While we’re all experiencing a major loss of income and revenue, small businesses need a platform to inform listeners that you’re still open for business. In light of current economic concerns, I’d be very happy to discuss your messaging needs and how the Colorado Playlist can help. I am currently offering special COVID-19 rates during the duration of this crisis. Email me at coloradoplaylist@gmail.com
At Bohemian Foundation, our focus is on building community …by coming together to create and enjoy music.
