WOW! Some of you know I’ve been the entertainment director for the Dacono (Carbon Valley) Music & Spirits Festival since 2008. This year was more than we could have imagined. In fourteen years of doing this show (less the COVID era), no direct support band ever received a call back for an encore. Last minute replacement for Chris Daniels & the Kings, Last Call Romance, is the first as they ripped a seventy-five minute set of Americana based blues, country and rock-and-roll ala 1960.. Watch for them near you. They’ll be appearing in OCT as part of the Poudre Pour in Windsor.
