Thank you very much for an incredible 2017.  I’m taking off on vacation for Christmas and New Years.  Next week’s show will be the annual Christmas Holiday special filled with several wonderful holiday classics from here in Colorado – and the week after that will be the annual BEST OF show (it will run for two weeks).  I’ll be back for a brand new 2018 episode – S12 EP01 – the week of Jan 13- 19.

Last year when I put this list out I had 80 titles up for consideration.  This year there are 120.  That’s a 50% increase in the number of titles that made it onto the list of nominations, and over a 50% increase in the number of titles submitted for consideration, which I lost track of.

If you’re unfamiliar with the titles on the list I do encourage you to do a little digging and discover something new.

We’re just a few weeks away from our annual best of show, and the end (more or less) of our 11th year on the air around the state.  WOW!

Don’t forget to vote to KEEP or DELETE this week’s new music.

News broke out of Fort Collins over the past couple of weeks concerning sexual misconduct allegations against Scene magazine publisher Mike Mockler.  An article in the CSU Collegian highlighted the accusations, and provided room for comments – following a FaceBook post by Magic Cyclops (a Fort Collins entertainer) and others.  As of today, I have been unable to ascertain whether a December was distributed.
