Most Played 2011 …. so far.

Being in the music business involved with records nearly my entire life now, perhaps the most commonly asked question I get is “what kind of music do you listen to?”  And I always say the same thing:  I have two collections today –  Colorado and Americana, and I rarely ever listen to anything from my Americana collection.  I am very proud of my Colorado collection.  I believe it is either the largest in the state today, or if not it is certainly one of the top three or four I’m sure.

The collection grows daily, and contains well over 3000 tracks from the late 50s to the present – both active and archived.  That doesn’t count the stuff I did not keep .. and it does not include overtly religious (no praise & worship, etc) metal, hardcore, garage punk, or thug-rap … if there’s a definite weakness it’s in titles from the 80s … there just doesn’t seem to be too many, despite my best efforts in locating some.  Anyway … here are the most played titles in my collection so far in 2011 ….
