MONDAY OCTOBER 30 2023 – WOW .. OK Mr Winter! Thanks for reminding us that you’re still here (for those who like you and those who don’t). On the subject of new releases – last year about this time, I became acquainted with Emily Scott Robinson, whose album “American Siren” on John Prine’s (RIP) Oh-Boy Records became the Colorado Playlist Americana Album of the Year.
This year’s end of year Americana surprise comes from Jobi Riccio, who grew up in Morrison and who’s new album, “Whiplash,” is out on esteemed indie label, Yep Roc. Let me know what you think of the new single, below.
